Chairman
Mr Van Boldrik joined the company in 1980, when it was still the family business of Gebr. Huybregts. He has been Managing Director and a shareholder since 1993. Since 2002 Mr Van Boldrik has been CEO and owner of VB Group.
Ing. F.J.H. (Frank) van Groezen (1956)
Development
Mr Van Groezen has been Managing Director of CRA Vastgoed since July 2010. He has wide experience in project development as a consultant and in various management and board positions in the property industry.
Ing. J.P.M. (Hans) Geertman (1957)
Construction
Mr Geertman has wide experience as a managing director in the construction industry. He has been Managing Director of the VB Group construction activities since October 2006. Furthermore, he is Chairman of Bouw Educatie Groep (a partnership for training programmes in the construction industry).
Ing. A.F. (Antoon) Rooijakkers (1966)
Investment
Mr Rooijakkers has been active in various positions in various divisions of the company since 1993. Since January 2009, he has been responsible for all activities in the area of property investment in the group.
Drs. H.C.A. (Harrie) Klerks (1960)
Finance and Staff Organisation
Mr Klerks has gained wide experience in the area of finance in administrative and management positions in, inter alia, (international) listed companies. He has been CFO of VB Group since November 2010.
Supervisory Board
Mr. A.A.M. (Louis) Deterink (1949)
Chairman
Mr Deterink has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 1993, and Chairman since 2004. He is a lawyer and partner in the law firm of Deterink Advocaten en Notarissen in Eindhoven. He is also a Supervisory Director for various other companies and organisations.
Drs. A.T.J. (Ton) Krol (1946)
Member
Mr Krol has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2004. He held many management positions, particularly in the healthcare sector, including as Chairman of the International Hospital Foundation. In the nineteen nineties he was a member of the Executive Board of the Confederation of Netherlands Industry and Employers VNO-NCW and a member of the Netherlands Social and Economic Council [SER]. He is also a Supervisory Director for various other companies and organisations.
Dr. Ir. W. (Wim) van Vonno (1941)

Mr Van Vonno has been a member of the Supervisory Board since 2005. From 1982 to 2005 he was Chairman of the Management Board of Royal BAM Group. He is also a Supervisory Director for various other companies and organisations.
